How long will you store the faxes I receive? >>
Your faxes are kept for an unlimited time, up to 200 faxes, in your online account. All your faxes will also be stored indefinitely in your Softphone inbox.
Can I send faxes from any Microsoft Office application? >>
Yes, you’ll see a VoxSun fax icon on applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, etc. When you click the fax button, your document will be converted to a fax and delivered to any fax machine.
Can I block junk faxes? >>
Unlike traditional fax machines, VoxSun enables you to block junk faxes as easily as you block junk email. You’ll save time and money on printing costs.
How do I sign faxes electronically? >>
Fax the signature to yourself, or scan and save it to your hard drive. Once saved, add the file as a Stamp in the VoxSun FaxEditor application. You’ll be all set to add your signature quickly next time.
How can I send a fax broadcast to multiple people? >>
In your online account, you can create “groups” of contacts and easily send faxes to them at the same time.
Can I also receive phone calls on my VoxSun fax number? >>
You can upgrade to VoxSun Mobile service and use your toll-free or local number for both fax and voice calls. VoxSun Mobile is a complete communication solution for small businesses and individual professionals. Like a personal assistant, it will screen, forward, and dial calls, take voicemail, send and receive faxes, and alert you to important messages.
Can I purchase your services if I don’t live in Canada or in the USA? >>
Yes, anyone in the world can buy our services. Virtual numbers (identifiers) will be issued to anyone living anywhere in the world.
How do I dial Local or International destination numbers to call? >>
All local or North American numbers can be dialed without (1), just put the area code. As for International Calls, you don't need to dial (011), just dial the international code + area code + number.
How do I pay? >>
We accept credit cards. VoxSun has true business ID SSL Certificate with 256-bit encryption (helps visitors identify VoxSun as genuine and authentic) and fraud prevention on orders. Card payments are processed by Optimal Payments, one of the largest online clearing houses on the internet in Canada.

Yes. Additional fees are billed according to the description below:
Credit or debit card refusal Fees - These fees covers charges for any credit or debit card refusals while attempting to process payment on our website. FEE : $5 per refusal
Change of Plan Fees - During a given month any change will incur an administration fee to user. FEE : $5 per Call Plan
Re-activation Fee - This fee covers re-activation of Plan Service(s) due to de-activation, termination or suspension of Service of a VoxSun Customer. FEE : $15 per re-activation per Call Plan
Additionally, VoxSun is obligated (if applicable) to bill and collect local, provincial and federal taxes on behalf of the various taxing authorities. VoxSun remits all taxes it collects to the appropriate taxing authority. Location determines taxation of Service.
Do you have retail stores where I can buy your services? >>
No, VoxSun is a web based shop. All orders are processed directly online. However, we do have active independent Resellers who’s purpose is to help and guide customers on all informative inquiries.
