Yes, anyone in the world can buy our services. Virtual numbers (identifiers) will be issued to anyone living anywhere in the world.

All local or North American numbers can be dialed without (1), just put the area code. As for International Calls, you don't need to dial (011), just dial the international code + area code + number.

Credit or debit card refusal Fees - These fees covers charges for any credit or debit card refusals while attempting to process payment on our website.
FEE : $5 per refusal

Change of Plan Fees - During a given month any change will incur an administration fee to user.
FEE : $5 per Call Plan

Re-activation Fee - This fee covers re-activation of Plan Service(s) due to de-activation, termination or suspension of Service of a VoxSun Customer.
FEE : $15 per re-activation per Call Plan

Additionally, VoxSun is obligated (if applicable) to bill and collect local, provincial and federal taxes on behalf of the various taxing authorities. VoxSun remits all taxes it collects to the appropriate taxing authority. Location determines taxation of Service. 

No, VoxSun is a web based shop. All orders are processed directly online. However, we do have active independent Resellers who’s purpose is to help and guide customers on all informative inquiries.
